Very good breakfast. All important tourist attractions are within walking distance. Staff was very accommodating and the renovated room in the old building was very large.

The breakfast bread tasted great. Fresh fruit was always on the buffet table. Towels were changed daily. The staff was always very friendly and helpful!
Unfortunately the breakfast was not as expected. Fried eggs and scrambled eggs were lukewarm to cold and were unfortunately not freshly prepared on request. The buns were tiny. The carpet in the room should be changed.

The room we were given a free upgrade to was extremely spacious and soundproof and included a nice, separate living area and a high ceiling.
The views were awful.

I stayed for three nights and enjoyed a good breakfast with varied choices in a charming cellar. The staff were friendly and helpful, even providing a lunch bag when I was going to miss breakfast. The location made it easy to explore everything on foot. As someone fond of history, being close to so many historic sites.
I also noticed the TV only had Polish channels.

Quite central.
Air conditioning creates a draft over the bed and switches off when you leave the room.

I stayed in a Beautiful Twin Room for 3 nights, and it was huge! The bed was super comfy, and I loved the high ceilings and stylish decor. Everything felt fresh and clean. The bathroom was a good size with a large shower. They even sent us cute free doughnuts. The room was perfect.

I loved the hotel room's beautiful decor with high ceilings and comfy beds. The staff, especially Kasia, were good. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main square and scenic views that enhanced my stay.
The noise from the street disrupted my sleep on several occasions.
